Anyway, I'm around until 1, then watching the chiefs crush the giants.

Thanks! I did, since it's a bigger number than GT3, hehe. But then I started hearing that a Cayman GT4 is in the works and I doubled down trying to get the real deal. Finally it's available!

Time for an update, it's been a while...

I've had the above exhaust tips sitting in the frunk for 4 months. Been too busy to find the time to put them on. I've also been looking for the appropriate exhaust for them. We all know how underwhelming the stock exhaust is.

I looked at many options and it just so happened that I spoke with Porsche exhaust guru Kenny McNeil in January. One thing led to another and he offered to build an exhaust system for me. Of course I jumped at the opportunity. This bad boy should be installed next week and I'll post a separate thread with all pertinent information and impressions. For now, here are a few pics:

I love your car. Love the interior orange details. And I have to say love that license plate. If there is one suggestion that I have it is with your steering wheel. If you changed your steering wheel to Alcantara top and bottom with leather on the sides and orange deviated stitching I think that would look unbelievable. I ordered one with yellow deviated stitching that will be coming soon from DCT Motorsports. Check out their web site. It's something you might think about. Otherwise drive her in great health my friend.

Kenny McNeil was the 930/air cooled exhaust king back in the 934/935 racing days. All the andial cars ran his stuff.
Anything by him is a 100x better than anything off the shelf.
Where is km working now, I know he was doing some 930 stuff for fs a while back, but lost contact.

Indeed Chris. Kenny's a GREAT guy. He is on his own these days and as you can imagine lots of of tuners use his services.

I'll shoot you a PM with his info.

Is he in PA?
Sounds like your exhaust was exclusively made for you or is he planning on producing more pieces?

You can't show such a nice piece of work here and not expect others to jump on the bandwagon

I would def be interested in this exhaust aswell

Ilko, you are aware it's not a europipe............
Seriously nice work, the structural rigidly of the ribbing is classic McNeil.
