I recently put GT2 RS wheel sizes (9" 245/35 12" 325/30) on my 23K mile 2011 Carrera GTS (same body as .2 997 TT)
My car is OEM PASM, not SPASM, height and has a TPC DSC box controlling the PASM.

The fronts are exactly flush with the wheel wells, and the rears are just slightly inside the wheel well lip.

After 400+ miles of very aggressive canyon carving in Malibu, with every type radius/speed of turn and big elevation changes, there was no aural or visual indication of rubbing whatsoever.

Not sure what a previous poster meant by his car feeling "over tired" in the rear (requiring an OEM GT2 rear sway bar?) with this set up. With the rear weight bias, every bit of traction in the rear is an improvement in my eyes.
My handling/grip is noticeably better than the OEM RS Spyder Fuchs in 8.5/11 with 235/35 305/30.
Here are a few shots of the offsets:

These pics were taken immediately after install.
The suspension has since "settled" about 1/4" after my canyon runs and sits another 1/4" lower when it has a full tank of gas.
I do like having adequate suspension clearance to accommodate mountain/canyon driving dynamics. Nothing worse than running out of suspension travel mid corner and transferring chassis loads directly to the axle(s).

My suspension has further "settled" after 1500 more canyon miles.
Most of that moderate or harder driving.
Zero issues with rubbing. Car does not feel unbalanced, "over tired" in rear or otherwise exhibiting adverse handling.

To reiterate:
PASM height GTS with OEM suspension and Porsche factory camber settings F/R
OZ Ultralegerra 9 & 12 X 19 Front ET 47 Rear ET 48 (997.2 GT2RS sizes)
Michelin PS4S tires 245/35/19 325/30/19
DSC PASM control box

RWD car, so cannot comment on affect of F/R 3.48% rolling radius difference on front differential .

Front wheel face protrudes (is proud) of the wheel well arch plane by 4/10"
Really difficult to see it:

I’m the one that commented that the car felt over-tired before I switched to the GT2RS sway bar… I have cup 2 tires and I suspect that when they are up to a reasonable temp that they definitely have different characteristics than 4S tires that are on your car giving me a different impression …(plus the TT is awe) that being said, tire pressure makes a huge difference also… anyway, if the setup is working for you then that is all that matters.. car looks great!

I agree that AWD and tire pressure can induce as much, or more, handling delta as any tire version or suspension mod.

There is something about my GTS suspension that just works totally in harmony- not sure if it's genius engineering, compensating errors or blind luck.

Whatever it is, I am grateful that my mods- DSC, GT2RS wheels size or 10-year-newer MPS4S rubber hve not fouled up the magical set up.

While no one would track it without complaints it is the perfect compromise between real-world ride quality and canyon carving bliss.

I am about to spring for an un-sprung weight savings of 22.8 lbs and a set of NO Spec 245/325 MPSC2 tires.

OZ Forgiata 9 & 12 X 19 wheels are F 18.3 lbs and R 22.3 lbs.
Existing form flow OZ in 9 & 12 X 19 are 24 / 28 lbs.
The OEM RS Spyders were narrower (8.5 & 11 X 19) and weighed 22.7 & 26.5 lbs

For reference, OEM 997.2 C/L wheels:

Stock OEM Turbo Wheels
8.5x19" 23 lbs. 8 oz
11x19" 27 lbs. 14 oz.

Factory 997 GT3
8.5x19" 24 lbs. 5 oz.
12x19" 30 lbs. 13 oz.

Holy grail application is BBS F1 wheels at 16 lbs front and 19 rear (8.75 & 12 X 19)
