Very easy... Order up a new set of steel 997TT rotors.. Order the proper pads and put the ceramics in a box.

Kevin,

They're different sizes 380-350f and 350-330r. Are they still compatible?

I prefer to stick with the OEM PCCB sizes.

I should ask for the year...

Stock steel is 350 front and 350 rear..

If infact you have 380 up front, you can purchase replacement rotors from Coleman or Brembo and use your existing hats. The 350mm rears will bolt right up.

I used GT3 Cup discs 380mm & 350mm for the conversion on my 07 RS.

Because he will use up the ceramic rotors on the track and they're $5k a piece.. Almost all folks with ceramics swap to steel rotors for the track.. Way way way cheaper...

Do slotted disks dissipate heat at the same pace as cross drilled? Hmmmm....

Nick,

I was just doing some research on this.. There are a lot of conflicting opinions about the different rotors. Yes the cross drill eliminate gases better but the slotted are supposed to help remove glaze on the pads. Many race teams use a solid rotor (neither slotted or drilled.)

Many say drillled rotors are just marketing becuase people like the way they look. Of course in racing weight saving is key hence a slotted rotor..

Here is an interesting article that may shed some light on the subject. http://www.surrealmirage.com/subaru/brakes.html

Those are sweet Tom. The great thing about that 2 piece design is that when the rotors are worn you just replace the rotor. The "hats" are reusable. Those are going to look awesome in your garage..
