I think the ride quality is about the same. Hard to compare the tts w a pdk to a tt with a g50 six speed. The tts is faster, but by month 5 I was done with it, very boring.
I couldn't wait to get back into a 997.1tt.

Congrats, great combo. Its a spectacular looking car. I have seen this car several times at Roslyn... Great dealership. Which salesman did you deal with?

I wondered how long it would take.

As for the Glen, will you swap out the rubber or do anything with the suspension? I took my essentially stock TT up last year, but it felt so heavy and non-sure-footed. I could only have fun on the straights, and you know how boring that gets after a while.

ny, I think you're thinkung of a black one w 20k miles, they still have it.
ken, just tires (cups) and an alignment, that same setup on my blue car would run down almost any gt3 without a problem. I'm not building a track car, just a nice street ride w an occasional track outing...

After 4 months I am still grooving on my .1 6 speed. There's kind of a magic about these cars. I think, with the exception of the exhaust, they nailed it on this one.

Read this the other night and LMAO!....and no, before anyone asks, it wasnt me that did that. Noticed it didn't get very far before it was shut down...shame as it would have been funny to see the responses pouring in..
