anyone elses stolen on here?
woke up this morning and mine were gone.
i guess they stuck a flat head in from the top and popped em off, cause there is a small scratch at that part.
also if anyone has a lead on a spare set that would help cause they are around 1k for the pair...

Thieves used to steal my neighbors complete headlights (HID's) from their 996TT years ago. I saw it happen multiple times to the same car... Sucks...

 

Ouch. I just told my wife about this, and she said "yuck. maybe you should buy a hyundai". (!!!)

 

But, but Hyundai's don't have side intakes :-)

Try LA Dismantlers.. See if they have set...I'm sorry to hear about that.. Where was your car when this happened?

 

Stock. I already called porsche dismantler. I can get it cheaper brand new than what they were asking so I didn't even bother bargaining with them. I have no clue y they stole it. The cf ones r goin for like 900 or so. Maybe they r gonna use it to make some custom part. I can't imagine they get more than 300 a pair if they r selling em as cores

Sorry to hear about LA Dismantlers.. I have a friend who deals with them all the time and get s good prices.. But I guess most people don't... I guess your insurance is not applicable because of your deductible? So sorry brother... Was your car on the street?

 

i used to go down to lapd alot in past, when i dealt with todd and sara it was always an amazing experience, but i mean if i call them and they got a used part for 400 each when brand new already prepped to paint is 480 it doesnt make much sense.
i may go thru insurance cause there is some damage to body too only slight but still annoying.
i was parked in front of my house in hollywood hills/west hollywood. its a nice area but alot of punk kids driving around saw an easy target.

 

That really sucks. There are lot of scum bags roaming in that area even though it's nice...I never leave my car in the street. I don't trust anybody. Hope you get it fixed soon! You should join us in the next Angeles Crest drive!
