If you want to feel more raw and connected power, nothing beats the GT3 series. Far more purposeful and fine edge than a MB - drive one it may be for you.

I drove a TT back to back with a GT3 in 2008 and bought the GT3 for the same reason. I am now evaluating a TT again as I want more refinement.

Different horses for courses...

4ocious, Have you looked into the new viper thats coming out? It looks interesting with lots of low end torque coming from a V10 or do you need a 4 seater?

My 4-seater is an 09 MB ML550 soon to be P-Cayenne Turbo or Turbo-S if I can find a nicely equipped one locally. This week-end I test drove an 08 CTT and an 11 CTT. I liked the 08 a lot better because it felt more connected and less ML-like (disconnected). I'm also looking into the new Viper and had a shot at a 10 ZR1 but passed on that too.
