Good for you Pipehitter!
I had a SY C4S and I will always love that color. As for tickets, never gotten one in my SY 997 or my Orange one except for when it was on an open trailer in back of a red Cayenne! Go figure.

Enjoy it! For me a 911 turbo was my dream car as well ever since I drove a 930 way back when.

Woah! You scared me....I saw "Yellow 997.1 Turbo in Ohio....nicely optioned" and I thought you bought the one I put a deposit on! I clicked on the link and found out it wasn't mine. Haha, I was about to go yell at the dealer.

Hehe, my first post here. Wasn't going to post until I received it in a couple of weeks.

I appreciate the insight, definitely something to consider. Anything else besides the color hurting the resale in the long run?
I think a better price would around $78,000 taking into consideration the miles. But I'm alarmed when you say that you can live with the color. When you're spending this kind of money, you don't live with it. You either love it or you don't. My advice, wait. Your dream car is still out there with the color and options you would like. So be patient and get the car you love.

Here's a few shots of the yellow beast, of course on the day I finally remember to snap a few pics, it's miserable out! The car is a dream come true, fell in love with the bright yellow color the minute I walked into the dealership. No regrets! Thanks for all the support here, I love this community!

Awesome car. Awesome color. Awesome house and property. Drive it in great health (as my Aunt Jenny always used to say).

Beautiful car! I'm waiting delivery on my Speed Yellow as well. Another 2 weeks since I'm traveling....coincidentally to the same state the dealer is in. But the dealer is 4 hours away from my office. Sigh...

Hey I hope you love your car. And yes it does look great in your driveway. Get those snow tires because we know what kind of weather is quickly approaching.

Thanks for the kind words, guys! Yes, the car has suspension mods installed by the previous owner, as well as an exhaust and radar detector. My next move will be to pick out a set of exhaust tips, I love the way yours look DJ23...snow tires are another safe bet, especially in Colorado! Anyways, thanks again to everyone here for the warm welcome into the Porsche community, I wish you all a happy holidays!

What kind of exhaust, radar detector and suspension mods did it come with?
