In normal mode (14.4V/3.3A), the 3300 should charge a 90 Ah battery in about 24 hours. So, if you've been going for 3 days and still have not received the "!" error light, then I don't think you'll ever reach full charge.
You'll probably have enough juice to crank the car, but your battery is likely on the fritz. That's one nice thing about the 7000 series models. They have a recondition mode which can help resuscitate deeply discharged batteries.

My battery died last week. I tried a trickle charger but it was to far gone. I bought an Interstate replacement and a Porsche trickle charger (CTEK) and plugged it in. Lead acid batteries like to stay at full charge or they degrade. Warranty didn't apply as I was 4000 miles below the factory requirement.(500 miles per month) Dealer wanted $335 drive out. I got the battery for $195.

These cars draw significant current when parked. I think it's 25 milliamps. You can ruin your battery's capacity by discharging it too far even just once. Porsche says 3 weeks maximum park-time on a perfect and new battery at freezing temps.
