Default Happy 4th,....now where the hell is the 09 order guide?

Hi Everyone,

Happy Fourth of July to you all.

Anyone seen an order guide for the 09 turbo? The only thing I've read is that the Swedish order guide makes reference to RS Spyder wheels being available for about 4000 Euros. Haven't seen any PDFs except for the C2/S - anyone?

We're getting Casa Coochas ready for some friends to enjoy some suds, meat, F14 flyovers, and of course the Boston Pops and fireworks. We usually have a decent view of the fireworks from our roof in the South End.

Have fun everyone and be safe.

I just checked with my dealer yesterday... she said, "no 2009 997TT order guide yet." The Porsche Austria web site allows you to use the 2D configurator, but I don't read German and the translated page is too hard to read.

Thanks,...the UK one now also has some of the electronics options as well.
I don't see the "RS Spyder wheel" option though...I guess we'll just have to wait another week or so!

You know, I think the Champion RS171's look at least as good as the RS Spyder wheels. A big benefit of the Champion wheels is they are extremely lightweight and strong. The RS171's look extra sexy with PCCB because they almost disappear and the PCCB's just scream "big, bad-***, brakes." I'm getting a set of RS171's in black for my white TT. I think black would be drop dead gorgeous with RS Orange.

One thing about the paint to sample... I would make sure it does not delay production into 2009 (MY 2010) since it is becoming pretty clear that the GT1 engine is going away after the December build dates.

THe RS171 is a hot looking wheel. I'm probably going to pull the trigger on a set real soon...
