I PM'ed you the price for the rear diffusor. The one shown on the silver car is just OEM painted to match. The speedART piece is a 2-piece unit that is made of high-quality fiber glass.

This first image shows the center section (which can be removed/adjusted) painted to match.

This image shows teh center section painted black.
