I was down at Hendrick Porsche in Charlotte, NC yesterday and I saw 2 new 2008 Turbos and 1 2007 used Turbo on the floor.

2008 TT - Black/Black with MSRP of $134K

2008 TT- Midnight Blue/Natural Gray Leather with a sticker of $138K. Beautifyl car!

2007 TT - Black/Black with red stitching & red seat belts. The owner had the dealership add TechArt front splitter, TechArt side skirts, TechArt rear wing and black with polished lip after market wheels. Rear wheels have a 5" lip. 1,550 miles. MSRP was $166k, asking $138k. They have it incorrectly listed on their web site as a Carrera Coupe. I just spoke with a salesman to let him know about the incorrect posting. Eric - yeah, I saw the Pun'kin! Just in time for Halloween. That is the only one they are getting but they are also getting an Orange Cayman.

I was told by one of the salesmen, (so take it for what is worth) who seemed very knowledgeable about the car's history, that the owner ordered and GT3 first and then ordered the Turbo. The GT3 was to be his track car and the Turbo was to be his daily driver. The GT3 arrived first and he drove it and realized it could double as a daily driver and a track car. When the Turbo came in, he drove it some but decided the GT3 would fit both needs, so the Turbo was dispensable.

They need to put that black franken-turbo back to stock. All of the "upgrades" look like sh*t. They'll be lucky to get $100K the way it is now.
