Default Good to be back/ with a new 997TT.

Been a while posting since i sold my 96 993tt a year ago. A friend backed out of his 997tt and i jumped on it when it hit the dealers floor.I'm more in love with this car then my 01 996tt, incredable car.

Look forward to talking and exchanging info with you guys

Great looking car - congrats! BTW how does it compare to your Viper and your previous TT's?

The 06 Viper coupe is a raw race car for the streets with little creature comforts and nas car interior room. I loved the looks and power of the car and bought it to drive two or three times a week to work and street/track fun. The car is fast but crude, feels big compared to a tt but kind of plows through turns. On the track the car wakes up, this is where this car belongs, unlike the TT which is an all round super car.

I bought the 01 tt in 03, my first Porsche and loved the car, but I always loved the look of the 993 tt.I found a 96 from an X Porsche driver with 16k miles in 04 and was alittle disappointed in the smaller cabin space and general ride. Don't get me wrong, the 993 tt is an exceptional car, but still I was not happy.

Since that point I have had an M3, Z06, Saleen 281SC(480whp) and the Viper....I think I'm done, I love my 07 tt.........
