Night time shots of my Cobalt blue 997TT
Taking advantage of the brief dry spell earlier tonight I took some pictures of my newly cleaned Turbo out by the industrial area in Downtown Seattle. Unfortunately shortly afterwards, I was caught in a downspill. I managed to take the rest of the pictures in an underground parking garage elsewhere.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

Three Wheelin'
Without a doubt the nicest 997 turbo I've seen yet. Love the color and the tips. Those wheels are sooooo much better looking than the stock ones too.

Great pictures as always Jason My wife (amateur photo nut) lived in Seattle for a few years when she was a teen and remembers the scenery.

I do have the GT3 vent but I chose not to put it on. Would've created extra downforce in the front without compensation in the rear which would've been dangerous. I'm waiting until I find a rear wing that I like.

However, I believe (but could be wrong) that increasing downforce slightly in the front without changing the rear set up is OK, because it reduces the front end "lift."
Since the GT3 vent is there primarily to exhaust hot air from the radiators, I am not sure how much additional downforce is generated by adding the GT3 vent.
Maybe those who are more aerodynamic savy will add some thoughts on this issue.

The rear wing that I'm contemplating adding is from the upcoming 997 GT2 and I'm also considering adding the front bumper too if I like it enough. So you're right, I plan to do this the correct way.
I spoke at great length with some of the more knowledgeable folks locally about adding the GT3 vent up front and they all concluded that it wasn't a good idea to do so.
