Great post. Congrats on the new car. Atlas is my favorite color.

Congrats and good luck with the new baby. One of life's little secrets is having plenty of power and making that inside move when everyone else vegges out in the 'passing lane' With respect to the gear selections, I have had to concentrate on what number I'm in frequently so that I don't miss a shift. I came from Porsche 5-speeds before this 6. Fortunately, these are spring loaded to the center of the 'h' and as such you can merely release it, and it will always default to 4 and 3. Then you can begin again at selecting 5 or what have you. I have to admit that it takes a bit more concentration when dealing with 6 gears.

Don't let the traffic wear you down!
