Default porsche configurator problems

anyone else have trouble with the porsche build your own configurator on their website? I can not seem to make it work - I select a color and then it goes into some sort of permanent wait mode - even if I leave it for hours it is still stuck on that same step - I have tried it with the 2d and 3d and can get neither to work -I have tried it on a few different computers and still no luck - I want to see what options cost what and what is available etc
TIA, Matt

Disabling Norton sometimes helps.

Ok - I thought maybe it was just me or something I needed on my computer that I did not have
-tstafford - how do you like the basalt black? - I am seriously considering that and slate gray as my colors of choice now - the basalt is pretty hard to find though (which is a good thing if you have it, but bad if you are looking for a new car to buy)

Dolt - Sorry, just saw this now. Basalt is awesome. It has a really neat "pearl" effect to it. Looks different in various lights. Very dark in garage, more greyish in sunlight. I love it. Got my car when someone backed out of a deal so I had no choices on anything (was on the boat when the dealer called). My favorite color is Atlas Grey, but Basalt is a close second.

I have this exact problem at home. At work it works fine.

Someone already mentioned disabling norton as a fix. I use norton at home, and we use something else at work. That may be the fix, i'll give it a try.
