Interesting Video. Porsche 911 Turbo Police Chase
Don't worry, the music ends after only a few seconds.

Thanks Chris996 for the 10 minute ride. It appears as though there were three cameras mounted and the driver has some track experience. My heart got to racing just watching it.

If this had happened in LA, there would have been helicopters all over the place, and we could have watched it as it unfolded on the news station.

Welcome,
I was thinking the same thing about helicopters. My heart also started to pick up pace. I have had some experience with out running police on a sport bike back in my much younger crazier days. This video brought me right back.

I think he was in the clear at about 1 min into the video, beyond that he was just asking for trouble.

There has been alot of controversy surrounding that video, which is the second Getaway in Stockholm video. Some folks say its a 930, some say its a narrow body C2 964 NA, some say its a 964 turbo...do a search on Pelican Parts if you want an interesting read on it. Many doubt its authenticity.

Either way its exhilerating.

Although it appears somewhat doctored (notice the rotating stobe light atop the light tower about 40% into it, it rotates about 2x faster than I would think it would) , it was still impressive and a fun ride.

Default NO Snow

Hey Stoppie,

Do you guys still have snow? I just got to San Diego and the weather is mighty fine after the last couple of weeks in Ohio. It was a great ride out, hours of fast cruisin', including racing a crop duster outside of Gila Bend in AZ.!

Salt crud leaving the Midwest, dust storms in New Mexico, rain in Tucson, probably some seagull mementos here, you guys are going to have a serious clean up job before the Tech Session! Angel may want to try to find a garage queen.

What a car for covering the miles, 22.4 MPG to boot.

This is the first video and the car is not a 964. I think it is a 930.

I don't think that it's actually a guy running from the police. There are at least 3, and maybe 4, different camera angles offered. Who stops and moves the camera mount on their car when running from the police? Or did this guy already have 3 or 4 cameras mounted on his car in the begining? That might draw some attention.

Either way, it's a fun vid.

Hey Jim!!!!

The snow - it's still present, unfortunatley. Yesterday was 42degree's. Today it's back to winter.

And no worries.........Jim in our detail shop will work his majic and give that Turbo a proper shining! So bring on the DIRTY WORK!!

Bill's GT3RS is going to be here soon! Will you be here when he picks it up? ...and most importantly-

Are you guys gonna race? LOL

You should write a small review on your Turbo during all those miles. I know the gang here would love it!
