Default Is "Sport Shifter" an option?

Is a sport shifter an option on the 997 tt? I don't see it listed on the car configurator on the Porsche website.

From a previous thread a while back, it was removed from the options list and put onto the dealer installed Tequipment AfterSales list.
If I find the thread, I'll post it.

benfmd-

Save yourself some money. Go with the B&M.

The throw is pefect and there is no notchiness.

Check out our site.

I'll be one of those to say NOT to go with the B&M option because it requires that you do a little grinding/cutting to make it work. Once you install it, there's no going back to stock. If you were to go with the dealer installed Sportshifter kit, not only is it possible to go back to OEM if you don't like it, but it's also covered by full warranty.

Actually you can easily go back to stock, just reuse the BM bushings to replace the oem plastic ones that you had to cut out. The BM install /uninstall is actually very simple ,( I know, I've done it).

very easy to go back to stock, just reuse the bm bushings or get some Evo needle bearings.
