Anyone go from 997 TT to M5 or vice versa?

I agree with most everything said here with one HUGE exception: the Cayenne is a piece of junk compared to an M5. (and yes I own all three, M5, 997 tt and cayenne turbo)......M5 is so much more comofortable,smooth, build quality, etc,,... Also, all the whining about the M5 lacking grunt, I have one thing to say S H I F T, yes, thats why it has 7 gears, keep the revs above 4k and you'll be fine......you do need a degree from NASA to operate it properly but the M5 is the BEST performance sedan, just as the 997 'bo is the BEST all-around 'sporty' car.

We have an E63 in the family. The grunt factor is ridiculous, at any speed, so long as the road is straight. Its a handful in the bends, you adapt, but the fun factor is reduced. An amazing engine in power deliver and sound that would be a fantastic engine for a small sports coupe.
