Funny you should say that. Being an Agent, I was going to say that every car you add is another nice....

Starbucks Latte for your insurance agent.

Welcome to the club... though I'm no longer in it. If I had had the room in the garage I might have kept it... no, not really in truth.

Put a Caravaggio steering wheel on it myself (highly recommend to anyone) and was going to have Lingenfelter do their 616 BHP engineering for $5500 plus LT headers but I really had trouble with some, not all, but some of the types of personalities that associate with Corvette. Mean spirited people some.

I did give it a shot for 1200 miles though. Caravaggio steering wheel in lower pic.

Johnny,

That's some avatar. Worth at least 200 ponies. Thanks for sharing.

That's unfortunate. I find the Corvette folks pretty reasonable so far, with the exception of some of the Chevy dealers, some are just plain dumb about the car and the way to handle customers. The Corvette Forum is pretty cool too, I have had a lot of conversations with Z06 owners over there and everyone has been reasonable.

There's always going to be a few bad apples no matter what forum you go to.

Congrads Mastiffdog on your new additon to the family. Sorry for this late post, but I just saw it and had to congradulate you. Kerbeck is a top notch dealer here in NJ, heck it's a little over an hour from my house. Had I known I would have gone down there and made sure no one waxes it, after all that is reserved for Mr. Moe

BTW did you sell your E55? I don't see it on your list of cars. I only ask because I have an '05 E55 and love it.

Thanks, and Kerbeck's has been perfect to work with so far. Thank goodness they left all of the plastic and paper intact on the interior (I am a sick puppy). Actually, Kerbeck's placed two units on "sale" at MSRP, and the fellow from PA who bought the other car was there last week to pick his up. I met him on the Corvette forum. He gave mine a good look for me!

I still have my 2005 E55, but it is going away soon, too many cars, and I can only drive one at a time!

Saw a Blue Z-06 at a San Diego AX. Looked like a Bull in a china Shop, but sounded MEAN! You could tell when the exhaust flap opened.

Far from crazy
two excellent and very different cars. the Porsche is a scalpel - a precision instrument. The ZO6 is a sledgehammer.
Now while carving up canyon roads is fun, and getting everything done right is fun - sometimes there's nothing like throwing a sledgehammer through a wall.
Enjoy her!
