Do the turbo's make a bypass valve or blow off noise?
Cause if they do, I think I thought of a cool license plate.

The bypass valves do not blow off to atmosphere. It is re-routed into the MAF intake plenum and directed back to the turbochargers. It's a quiet operation. A failed Bypass valve will give you a honking sound..
