Lightweight / Underdriven Crank Pulley?
Is anybody running one of these on their turbo? Looking for feedback before purchasing.
Either EVOMS or Protomotive

I have the EvoMS one and it's a gorgeous piece of metal - cannot really comment on any meaningful benefit as it was installed along with several other mods that did make huge differences, but it hasn't caused any issues in ~4 years now.
Cheers,

Just sharing a different perspective from my experience from modifying many other platforms over the years, I’ve learned that removing damping from the crank pulley can put vibrations into the crank which isn’t worth the minimal improvements gained when under driving the crank pulley with a solid piece of aluminum without damping..
It adds stress to the crank and in extreme cases it leads to crank failure.. With that in mind, I always go the opposite direction and put a heavier damping crank pulley in all my cars including my 997.1 TT.. It adds smoothness and makes me feel better, lol.. Imo, if you do want/need the benefits of under driving things, just use lightweight underdrive pullies for the accessories, not the crank..
