Default 997.2 Turbo S to GT2RS conversion

Well I purchased my ‘11 Turbo S back in February of this year and always wanted the GT2RS but the $$$ for one is insane…. so here goes purchasing parts… Didn’t get to take pics of the front and rear gt2rs bumpers but I purchased them from Teile over in Germany. Here we go…

All stock Turbo S!

All oem gt2rs parts

Full carbon fiber rear gt2rs trunk lid

Full Carbon/Kevlar roof to delete the sunroof!

No keeping it the originally GT Silver. The Turbo S I purchased has been babied and driven only 3,000 miles a year and the paint is insane!

Also purchased Do88 big boy pack from rennlist member. Plenum, intercoolers, Y pipe and Cobb with all stages. I’ll put on Stage 3 for now.. Until I decide to do I real tune with ByDesign or AIM. Got the Y pipe powder coated in speed yellow as well.. AMS Autowerks in Linden NJ is performing all the work as we speak..

man oh man! can't wait to see your finished project and definitely your car will be crazy fast even with just the 850R package of AIM Performance.

Subscribed! Have you sourced the GT2RS carbon fiber wing blade yet? https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/51236582.html

Looking to swap on my GT2 but haven't found less expensive options.

FVD in Germany is selling their OEM version which is a mirror copy of the OEM GT2RS one. The rear truck I purchased was for a regular GT2 so the gurney is smaller. Not sure if you know but there is a slight difference between the gurney on the RS… it’s a little larger with the gurney arching up at the end which looks way cooler. So I will order that is a few weeks. Spent way to much already lol…
