This is my 2009 TT 997 1.5 with 6 speed MT. The car exists, but it is fundamentally a 997.1 in the exterior, the interior in the other hand it does have PCM 3 and better interior or so was my car’s spec. I have full leather and carbon fiber package. I have tastefully modded it the way I want it. Above are just a few pictures.

I too have a ‘09. Other than the PCM 3, the interior is the same as the .1

Is there a difference from a .1 to a .2 (outside of the pcm)? I also believed my 09mt tt had a .2 interior or maybe that's just because my car has ventilated seats and I didn't think those were an option until the .2.. Or maybe the interiors have some small differences (steering wheel, anything else). I upgraded my 09 to a 992 wheel and with that combo with the pcm3.0 I find it actually looks like a newer car interior

Right, vented seats became an option in 09 but not available with adaptive sports seats. Steering wheels for the 09 Turbo were same as previous .1 options. However, AC and Heat controls are .2. Not 100% sure, but I believe the only other interior changes in the .2 are the steering wheels and PDK starting with the 10.

Hello! Long time lurker and current 981 GTS owner strongly interested in a 997.1TT. I'm looking for advice on what particular things to look for when doing a test drive and visual inspection of a 997.15 6mt model.
I'm also looking for recommendations about an indie shop in the DMV area for a PPI. Any feedback is appreciated!

Factory option (XXF) red taillights.
truekraut, gorgeous car! Maybe I'll see you around the beltway!

Thank you all for your feedback!

Too bad the adaptive sport seats weren’t available with cooling as a standard option. I believe 1 or 2 people had it done by the special wishes department
