Hello everyone. I wanted to introduce my self to the 997 turbo forum. Bought my Basalt Black Metallic turbo last Nov. Bought the car from a forum member and drove her cross country from So Call to Charlotte NC. Was a fantastic drive absolutely lovely scenery! Got home without any hickups. Since I got the car to Charlotte I've had many things done to the car. Had an engine out service done at Top Automotive in Indian trail (Nick is awesome BTW for any local guys needing a shop) Had all my coolant lines pinned and reglued. Got the sharkwerks elbows installed and plenty of other "while we are in there" items addressed. The previous owners had plenty of part on the car and I have since built it from there. Since I've got the car I had 1300cc injectors put in, 63.5 TiAl turbos, IPD Y pipe, Eibach Springs, Soul Exhaust, Agency Power Carbon Fiber GT2 Style Wing, and had the car tuned by Todd from Protomotive (Todd is an absolute genius) Would be fantastic to meet with some local Charlotte guys!

No they weren't leaking. Just did it proactively because it's a matter of when not if they will leak.

@rbrotmd I've always told myself that if i were to
get a turbo it would be a cab, and yours reaffirms that.
