Default DSC Controller, Which Calibration File for 997.1 Turbo

I have a 997.1 Turbo. Which calibration file is the correct one for my car? I only see the Turbo under 997.2, I don't see a 997.1 Turbo. Below is the snipit from DSC calibration download website. Does each calibration file control both the normal and sport mode files? Also, what is the Tractive calibration file?

I wish there are better descriptions of these files. It's very ambiguous.

My understanding is that you want the first one, the ".2" & the second one is for cars that require the add-on accelerometer.

I’ve got a slightly customised map for a 997.1 that you’re welcome to try. Slightly softer but progressively firmer maps, with the Sport setting dialled in for track and aggressive B roads.

You want the one that says 997.2. You can call Dsc and discuss it with them. I bought it last fall and installed it in my 997.1 and it was a wonderful improvement. Their labeling is confusing

^ Correct. Use the 997.2 cal file for all 997 Turbo.

Use the 997.2 (the top one in image).
All 997 Turbo cars and 997 GT2 have gen-2 electronic interface. Thus, as far as the suspension controller is concerned its recognized as a gen-2 car.
Tractive cal file is for use with Tractive coilovers.
The Porsche crest in front of the file name indicates the cal file is for OEM shocks.

If we got ours before 8/22/2019, would this download be an upgrade? Thanks for any info.

No, the newest cal file became available on 08/22/19. The only change was the G-Table in Sport mode for smooth and semi-smooth race tracks.

Tom, thanks for the confirmation. As a suggestion, it will be helpful to have have better descriptions of calibration files and also a change log that highlights update changes. Thanks for the excellent product, it's definitely a worthwhile upgrade.

Confused - based on that it sounds like it would be a change/upgrade?

The new G-Force table on Sport mode is a change/upgrade. My average lap time is 0.5 sec quicker on semi-smooth track.

I had mine updated by TPC in 2017 and have a few files from that timeframe - curious whether re-flashing to the latest would yield significant improvements?

Are there any dealers that offer customized maps for the DSC sport?
