would really appreciate pics of the pieces missing from wing - i assume they are in the vents (and no longer available ). my dealer printed me an installation / parts sheet on the aero kit and it mentions install of pieces but was not very clear about . i'm guessing they help keep water/ debris out of the lid. how they would attach is also puzzling. thanks, dan
I think alpha motoring is referring to the tiny "ducktail" spoiler (Part #23) that sits behind the grill slats and at the front base of the aerokit wing.
Here's a sh*tty picture of it with the lid open (it's in the middle of the picture with the black weather sealing gasket underneath it) - I can't take a better picture now as the car is under a cover for storage. The bottom of the picture is towards the front of the trunk lid and the top of the picture is the aerokit wing (all upside down and Part # 1 above).
dodaleca, thanks for your reply and picture. since i did not get that piece with the wing it is hard to visualize , but i think i understand your photo. with my enclosed picture i have marked part #23 and also the seam where the smaller "spoiler " is attached. . am i right ? how does it attach (double back tape ? ) i doubt that the piece would even be available now , guess i'll check with dealer. if you get a chance more pics would be appreciated !

I have attached a few more pictures that show the Item # 23 spoiler from shots taken earlier. It is hard for me to say if the location is exactly correct in your picture as my car is a factory XAF so I've never seen the parts separately or any seam. I assume attached with two side tape as there are no fasteners shown in the parts drawing in my earlier post today.

dodaleca, thanks for the additional pictures. i now understand where #23 (spoiler ) is located . dotted area on the parts drawing also shows where it goes. it attaches with double back tape. i also have the part # 997.512.471.01 and will check if still available. really wonder what its purpose is but there must be a reason. thanks again- dan
now i have all the info , - what it is - where it goes . ( i did not know about the missing spoiler / "ram edge " as called in parts catalog ). just hope its still available. thank you.
