Value on my 997TT?
I know this has been asked before (even by myself) but I am having trouble figuring out pricing. I think this time (I MEAN IT!) I am going to list it in about 3 weeks but have no idea what to ask. People are asking stupid money for 996TTs and having owned both I really can't believe they are so close to 997TT pricing. My car is an immaculate slate grey turbo 6 speed, with natural grey leather interior (not light grey, more like charcoal) with 18k miles and tons of carbon fiber. Has adaptive sport seats, sports chrono, etc. and clear bra. No accidents or paint work. Really, an immaculate car. 2 people who have seen it have offered to buy it on the spot but I couldn't decide and felt the price was low at $82k. I was thinking $87.5 but maybe that is low. No real comparisons out there.

I am seeing prices for much higher mileage cars of $85k all day so not sure. Maybe summer will be better to sell? This reminds me of the 996 GT2 market when one day they went from $75k to $100k to $120k.

My surprise is that they're selling for that.

If it has ceramics and diff lock you're looking mid to upper $80s sale price if the car is in A+ condition. $82k is a fair number if it doesn't have the PCCB and diff lock.

I've been offered $82k by 3 different people over the last couple of months just by posting that I am thinking about selling it. Which to me seems to mean its worth a bit more. Anyway, it's a hard sale for me because I do love the car but because the mileage is low and the condition is exceptional I rarely drive it. Shall see.

I’ve been down that road before, I sold my 2008 manual, sport seats, pccb, 3 years fidelity warranty, chrono with 12k miles for $83k.
We can ask for $90k but buyers dictate the sale price, or you get zero request or fake offers and disappear. Good luck

Depends on maintenance and general condition, but no Sports Chrono is going to knock it down a couple grand from the average since the majority of Turbos had it. With 70k miles I would have thought mid-to-upper $50s but the discussion above makes me wonder if they've all moved upward.
