Default NYC detailer - cross thread

I'm still learning to adapt to owning a car in NYC, coming from Houston. Ilko was super helpful on teaching me the ins/outs of "dry cleaning" a car; pretty amazing stuff.

As an alternative, anyone have a trusted detailer, mobile or otherwise? I'm on uws. And, specifically, last wkend I went for a drive. While roads were totally dry, we ran into some salt dust. Any recommendations on what I should do to clean suspension/undercarriage to avoid any salt issues?

Detailing dynamics on Long Island. Mineola. Tell
him I sent you.

Phil learned from them. Not saying he isn't good just saying.

I think most people will admit they are the best. But be prepared to wait to get your car "seen"

Both of the above options are good. But IMO you don't need a detail. A good hand car wash will make your car pop again from all the dust in the garage. Then just maintain with a good duster, waterless wash, and detail spray..

Agree, not actually looking for true detail; just hand wash. And I ordered rest of dry wash stuff 👍

Phil at Detailers Domain does hand washes, I go there when I need the extra NYC crud cleaned off.

phil is great!
but some of the detailers are getting excessive. up down inside out. suddenly you cannot drifev the car at all.
