I have the Rennline adjustable throttle pedal in the RS. Makes a huge difference over the stock pedal I had on the GT3. Especially if you want to downshift w/o hitting the brakes.

I agree that heel/toe works better on track, when you are deep in the brakes, but you can also lower the brake pedal. Medium complicated DIY, or have your wrench do it. I did this on both my Cayman and GT3, transforms heel/toe for me. Write-up for Cayman here, GT3 procedure is identical...

I'm also a big fan of the Rennline adjustable pedal, installed it on both of the GT3's I have owned. Necessary for comfortable heel/toe for my feet and (lack of) technique.

Broke 986 accelerator pedal twice in one weekend

You think replacing it was a b*tch in 997 - Try doing it in a caged car - I literally started crying - horrible

To those who have installed the Rennline pedal in a 997 GT3 -- did it require any "fab work" to get it to fit? I remember reading something about having to file down the bottom of the pedal to get full travel.

After I needed to completely re-engineer the Rennline Battery Mount in order to get it to work in the GT3, I'm not really interested in any more DIY machining projects from Rennline...
