Default Centerlock failure update

I know all about the early centerlock failures. Porsche had 2 recalls and updated the hub maintanence schedule in response.

Does anyone have first hand knowledge of a failure in any car that had the second recall performed?

Only recent posts are from those who prophylactically converted to 5 lug. Did porsche actually solve the problem with the second recall?

It's mostly a maintenance issue. Once folks realize they can't overtorque beyond 600Nm, need to grease the requisite contact areas and perform the whole procedure with wheels lifted, there's not much of a failure risk.
