I'm quite positive those are shared with the standard Carrera models and should be pretty easy to get at Porsche dismantlers like DC Auto, Part Heaven, LA Dismantler, etc.

I am looking for set of black(non leather) rear interior panels WITH the seat belt holes.( std. carrera panels).
OP, are you looking to sell yours?
The GT3 panels er indeed uniqe, as the holes for the back rest latch catch are not pressed thru, the reinforcment outline is still visable on the back.

PM me if interested as I replaced my right side panel. My panel is already cut for the rear seat mount go through. I also have the quarter trim piece for the seat belt to pass through.
