What the hell are you guys talking about. How are you going to save a press fit bearing and reuse it on a new hub? The race stays on the hub and destroys the bearing when you press out the hub. You then have to cut the race off if you want to use that hub again. Do you guys do your own work? The tech at the shop would laugh if you asked to reuse the bearing. Besides, they are only about $60.

If you are concerned just replace hubs and bearings and be done with it.

Front:
997-341-605-01 WHEEL HUB, 2 required
999-053-054-06 WHEEL BEARING, 2 required

Rear:
997-331-605-00 WHEEL HUB, 2 required
999-053-055-02 WHEEL BEARING, 2 required

Peace of mind is more an issue than the bearings/hubs themselves. If you're already thinking about it, listen to yourself and change the damn things man.

You never reuse bearing. A few posters mentioned reusing the old hub with new bearings.

Consensus is to replace both at the same time.
