I missed this build thread in real-time but wanted to express my sincere appreciation and admiration for it now! So impressive!

Hey, noticed that your wheels look very similar to the BBS CH R model. Was it just the sizing that you got custom to avoid using spacers?

Very different wheel. Ch-r is cast. These are forged monoblocks. They came only in 18" and cup car center lock originally for the 2010+ gt3 cup. So we had bbs Motorsport department do a run of them in 19" and 5 lug configuration. We did several size runs for cars with cup flares or stock fenders and widebody and narrowbody.

Thanks! I was a bit confused but I read that in the thread and wasn't sure if the face design was the same or not without seeing them side by side.

Here is a picture of both side by side. When I sold my car and put it back to mostly stock I put on CH-R

Bumping this thread because I don't want it to die! So much great info and an awesome build!

One thing I may have missed..do you have any pictures or info on how you did the rear Cup tow hook set up? I am assuming you kept the crash bar in place similar to how you did in the front?

Default Jongbloed wheels still available?

Hello Tye,
Really amazed by your detailed GT3 upgrades.
At one point you mentioned both these and some BBS wheels you wanted to sell.
Are either still available?

Thanks
Todd Lee

Hi Todd

I have sold some of the BBS wheels, I also have all the parts to build a set of E88s minus the centers. I could buy brand new centers and have them built but only if I had a guaranteed buyer, otherwise I could sell all the e88 parts I have and an individual could go And have them built

I've got a set of 19" monoblocs that I'm probably going to list if you're not interested in the e88s

I have some spare E88 120 and 108 centers in both gold and silver if anyone need some to build wheels.

Default Jongbloed wheels still available?

Thanks for the replies; and forgive my non rapid response... I see this group is very active.

So I recently acquired a 2008 gt3 hotrod with a few of the exterior mods I've only seen as per Tye's beauty.
Due to the cup/rs front fenders and arch extensions it has 15mm spacers in the front so I am not up to speed as to the needed offsets etc.
otherwise suspension is mostly stock albeit lowered and some firmer bushings and mirage links.
I also have 5 lug with motorsport extended lugs/studs replacing the standard wheel bolts. Also to protect the ceramic brakes from wheel drops etc.

I have previously had Jongbloed 3pc wheels on an e24 euro M6 and really liked them so that started the initial question,

The current street wheels are very nice but wanted to explore options for a second set for occasional track use.

If any of you might attach wheel pics if available for your offerings and maybe prices if allowed?
(Do I need to upgrade from basic account to be able to buy sell?)

I am unsure what I may do but want to learn from you all, Suggestions welcome.

Thanks here is a snapshot below

new to me
