Default TC/Sport/PASM settings for autocross

I guess I hadn't really been pressing my 07 GT3 as hard as I thought, because this past weekend something intervened when I pitched the car in a slalom.
I had TC "off", but hadn't touched the Sport or PASM buttons.
There seems to be no consensus on whether TC "off" is fully off or not.
The intervention was definitely throttle not the brakes because it reduced power for the rest of the run.
Thoughts on what will eliminate (or at least reduce) intervention?
"TC off/Sport on"? Owners manual says "TC on/Sport on" reduces intervention, but doesn't speak to the former.

When I run AX I have Sport on, TC off. I have the DSC and run that in the middle, I have 392 ft/lb Swift front springs. My sway bar I changed from Middle/Middle to one position softer up front and one position stiffer in the rear. For DE's I run the sway bars in the middle.

In GT3's TC off is all the way off. There's no SC on .1. I run non sport and if it's a smooth surface I would use PASM sport if bumpy leave it in comfort.
