You're probably out of warranty anyways but having range 4 or 5 will void any engine warranty items.
Did you put those over revs on the car 60 operating hours ago? If not, did you get a DME readout prior to purchasing the car?
The good thing is that it happened 60 h ago (and only 5 ignitions) and your car is supposedly still fine. I wouldn't worry about it too much and keep enjoying your car. If you track, change and inspect the oil regularly.

Is the price open to negotiation?
Is it a 997.2 GT3 or GT3RS?
Knowledge of the overrev is useful and can be planned for if you can get it at the right price.
If price is marginal, walk away

I have read on searches that porsche NA has certifîed some cars even with over rev at range 4. Anybody can confirm this?
If the car gets certified, i will definitely buy it.

A car will not be Porsche CPO'd if it has range 4 and 5 over revs. With that being said, a dealer can sometimes get around it and do it for you, but you need it in writing. I had a 2006 Cayman S that had range 5 over-revs but was CPO'd when i bought it. The engine blew and it was replaced under warranty. The range 5s were there before I purchased the car. I did not get a DME readout when I bought the car. The dealer also claimed that they did not know it had range 5 over-revs when they certified the car as well. Anyways, Good luck!

I passed on a 2011 .2 that was CPO'd at Beverly Hills with range 5. That may be an anomaly; car was two years old, purchaser was not aware of DME or overrevs issue.
