Default MSSP vs CUP 2 for on .2 non-RS

Had 305 cups on an ultraleggera wheel, fitter 305's Supersports, resulting in quite a stretched fit. Anyone noticed this? Haven't seen differences in width of same spec within the same manufacturer before. Kind of annoying thing to have to research..

Cup 2 and super sport have same section width but different tread widths you can check specs on tire rack.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but would different thread widths result in having to go 325? I would think the section width would stipulate that?

I can just confirm that on my 997.2, the MSS 305s were also stretched. I actually kind of liked the look and it did not seem to have any issues with regular street driving, or any abnormal wear.

Good to know, I don't really mind it either, but given the choice I would have preferred the same fit in fronts and back. Issue is not visible at front, I'm guessing due the the smaller variance due to width.

However, I'm still baffled that Michelin tires will vary and a 325 suddenly would be the right fitment.
