Does anyone run MPSS tires for street? Please share your tire pressure.

I prefer a very direct front end, wiggly rear end with slower reaction enough to knife it in with fast response from front end. Plus with the lower psi at the rear, i get more grip from rear. I also get odd alignments from TCD.

My dealer tech, who sets up a lot of track cars, recommended 38/40 for street with a very conservative alignment. I have done a 5400 mile and 3000 mile road trip using these pressures as well as DD use. Still good grip and handling characteristics. Car is 08 .1.

At 40 rear when those get hot you'll be pushing 50 lbs. way too high. Maybe maximizes wear and mileage but not grip.

On long runs (3 hours) at 90 degree ambient I was seeing 43 in the rears. So no issues.
Agree, not going to do anything for grip at those pressures. If looking for max grip, alignment change and lower pressures.
