Front axel lift not going down
My front axel lift is working perfectly going up the instant I push the button. But down is very random. It almost never comes down at button push it when crossing 50 kph/30mph, but always comes down within a minute or two after the button has been pushed.
Porsche reads no errors on the system.
Do you guys have any idea of what can be going on?

I'm having a similar issue with my new to me 2010 GT3. Mine only goes down after driving over 45-50 mph, 30 doesn't seem to do it. I found this post by another gentleman on a different forum.

Just to review: Lift would not display on the cluster,
and the lift would not lower when the button was pushed,

It was the "pressure sensor switch" that told the system
that it was in the up position. It took them a while to
figure it out. Porsche USA had very little or no info and
the part did not even have a part number. They figured it out
somehow by talking to Germany I believe, installed the new
switch, and it's not operating perfectly!"

Apparently there are three switches for the system according to the local Mr. P. I'll check it out and see if I in any way can measure on them. They are different and quite expensive (here in Denmark at least).

Had the car up on my lift, loosened the front under cover, but could only follow a single line going from the bottom of the damper.
But as mentioned, thee sensors should be down there.
Where would I find illustrations on the system?

However, should you go ahead and replace the above mentioned sensor (looks like a not so hard project), please let us know the outcome. It would be very valuable info.
Should I miss fiddleing with the car in the coming fall/winter, I might go ahead and do the test as well.

Mine ended up being a failure of the level control module pressure switch. The part number on my invoice is
997-341-964-90. I don't know the cost for parts or labor as mine was all done under CPO warranty. Hope this helps.

Can you confirm, that your system failed by lifting up, and then NOT showing "LIFT" in the display? And hence the lift button not working.
Your car lowered when driving over 30 mph (or whatever the limit is, I forget)?
If you confirm this, I will order the part and replace as soon as possible.
Price in Denmark is aprox 385$. However two switches exist depending on pump part no.
997 341 964 90 is for pump until 000 111
997 341 967 90 is for pump from 000 112
I have tried spotting my pump number, but can't see it, so I need to pull the entire system. Read the number. Mount. Order the correct, and then do it all again when the part is home...
