Default 07 GT3 RS Tires

I have recently adopted an 07 GT3 RS and are looking to put on new rubber.

The car will mostly see track time and I am looking for a compound of around 200 or 300 and a somewhat forgiving tire as I sort the car out.

19" OEM sizing.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If it is a street driven car too the best all around tire is a Michelin Super Sport.

If you are looking for a track tire that you can take on the street on occasion. Look at a Nitto NT01. Not positive if they have that compound in your size though? Also do not drive them on a wet road w/ standing water.

NT01, in my experience harder compound tires (higher treadwear) make the car harder to drive. It's one of those cars that's much easier to drive with proper grip. Lower grip tires can make it a handfull.
