Default 911R and New Turbo, NY Auto Show

Saw both cars in the flesh yesterday. The R is very cool up close, although all the cars were locked so could only view thru the glass. $195k was the base price listed on the specification board. The new Turbo (as well as the C4S) were displayed in a new color which is a grayish-light blue color. They are both worth a look when the dealers get some in stock. The new 718 in Orange color was also on display. Only non-informed model-type personnel at the exhibit so could not gain any other information.

I loved the new colors.

I was a little underwhelmed by the R but it's nice.

Did you see the Alpha? Wow.

I spent most of the day in these areas: Porche, Alpha, Audi, BMW, Jag, Mercedes.
The old Alpha race car was an incredible looking machine. I liked the new Guilia with the MT and 6 cylinder better than the 4C.

Not that is really matters but felt bad for passing along wrong information.

Correction on pricing. $184.9 base price.

$190k with standard interior and lightweight LI battery.

I have no idea what I was thinking.

I knew I was doing something wrong. My old employer would disown me.
