Brake Help - OEM vs. Brembo 380 x 34

Former Vendor
Race Technologies supplies a set of pads with the front 2-piece discs (usually their low dust street TS20 pads included with the price of the front discs), for the RE10 endurance race pads, its slightly more. For the rears, the regular pads work and so RT doesn't include a pad.
Due to issues with people sourcing their own pads incorrectly / fitment issues, RT only supplies their own pads with the front discs as standard always.
Race Technologies used to supply Pagid pads about 3 years ago, but they don't anymore (now that they have their own pads and they last 40-50% longer against anything else and perform better).

Thanks for the info and good to know.
Quick question, are the rear Brembos keeping the parking brake functionality?

Normal gt3 pads will fit but the inner annulus is slightly narrow on the Brembo. With pfc the pad was fine but I had to shave down the inner radius of the backing plate about 1-2mm so it wouldn't hit the bell bolts when the pads wore down. So you just need to check. Endless were ok on mine. Of course the ts20 or re10 fit fine. The re10 is a really good pad. Really good.

For the experts
Would changing brake pads from OEM to track pads result in less heat and increased longevity of the rotors?
Also, add cooling ducts for increased cooling and longer rotor and pad life
