Meet some well off and Porche educated enthusiasts at 2 local cars and coffee always looking for next or to add to fleet. Heard demand and pricing for new and older RS still high and climbing. New RS owners getting offers for $100k over purchase price. My research a few months ago agrees with the other RLer that .1 and .2 GT3 minimum $100k to $125k prices depending on miles and condition.
IMO, regardless of any GT model (including R model) 991.2 going manual will not have negative effect on 997 GT3/RS manuals.
Good luck in your search.

What you're saying makes sense….However, at the recent Rennlist reunion, AP himself stated that the RS will never have a manual again.

Rough US$ guesstimate

997.1 GT3 2400 x $90k
997.1 RS 1900 x $150k
997.2 GT3 2250 x $120k
997.2 RS 1600 x $170k
997.2 RS 4.0 600 x $400k
991 GT3 3100 x $150k
991 RS 1300 x $300k

This about 2B euros, call it pile A.

Enter Ag billionaire XXX, wealth from owning cows selling milk. Hates the biz, sold it and now XXX has cash.

XXX can either try to buy pile A or buy 51 million shares of Porsche Holdings at 39 euro/share. Shares are down from 93 euro six months ago. XXX converts 2B euro into stock, earns over 100 million euro annual dvd income. Gets a seat on the board, access to motorsport and bunnies, ride a recovery in share price and **** off three years later with 4B euro.

This sounds so good.

How can we in America buy shares of Porsche Holdings? When there's blood on the street......I'm a buyer... Is the dividend yield really 5%?

There are 5 PAH3 holdings for investments... Please site which one PLAN A is tied to? Just for discussion sake of course...... The VW empire is looking a bit weak right now.. Probably not a bad time to jump in while everyone is running for shelter.... It's as good as your odds at Vegas...

The GT 997 manual cars with the Spartan interior design will always hold value regardless if the 991 GT ever gets a manual, the 991 is oversized and too panamera luxo on the interior, electric steering, rear wheel steering, ect.

Dow was at 16K last month and everyone panicked, now its back up just under 18K. The market and the car market makes no rational sense...

At what point does the mileage not meet the "super high value" threshold? my 11 RS has 4500 miles. and I drive it roughly 5-700 miles a year.
