Default can anyone explain these parts please - inner LCA

I was aware that the Grand Am cars had a wider inner LCA, but I would be surprised if these were off a GA car.

Do 997 inner LCA vary front to back?

TIA

Jim, the LCA you pictured have shims installed.

pretty much all the GT3's have had adjustable (shimmable) LCA's ... usually
the GT3 onlt the front, and the RS'es have the rears also.

As you can see these two arms have different thickness shims installed.

Usually to affect camber...

Thanks for the input, but if you look closely, the lca on the left, despite the thicker shim, has also a longer inner part..

This arm would need less shim for the same camber.

Just wondered what cars the different parts may be from.

sorry I missed that ... do you have the part #'s on the arms themselves?

I run the wider on the front, standard on rear. This increases front track about 20mm. Stock I believe they are the same width.

The longer inners are Porsche Motorsport item. None of the street cars including RS and 4.0 had the longer inners. The longer inners are essential for 4-degree-some negative camber.

We have lots of them in stock.
