Found the culprit of Coolant loss. Apparently coolant hose was very very loose by the rear coolant pipe.
Shop owner was surprised that that hose didn't come right off middle of driving...yikes..

Also he found source of P2181 code. It was transmission vacuum line that was clogged by the glue. So he fixed the vacuum line and no more codes.

Car is finally up and running and runs like it should. I can't wait till I give good wash and drive it around town. Thanks everyone for help!

Coolant hose was loose on the fitting or the fitting was loose? Sounds like the former right since you're welded fittings?

Hopefully they did a full check of all other rubber and hoses while it was out and timed out those that needed it.

Glad its all better. Enjoy the car!

yes it was coolant hose that was loose due to hose clamp not being tighten. Clamp was hanging middle of hose.... maybe have been vibration of engine that caused it since it wasn't tighten all the way during engine rebuild.
And shop did check all the hoses and clamps. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.....
