Wow...super special car for sure! My best friend just purchased a 2013 lp560 manual. Its one of the "ad personam" edition cars (not sure what that means exactly, but its black and has some red accents such as red mirrors and red bonnet). It looks sharp. I think I heard that only a grand total of 45-50 manual lp cars were made.

There were ~50 manual LP cars sold in the US.
'Ad Personam' is Lamborghini's version of 'Porsche Exclusive'; lots of custom paint/interior/trim options to choose from, usually at significant cost. But most were free of charge for the last run of cars in 2013. Perhaps that is what he is referring to.

Thanks for sharing. Very interesting parallel with my recent thoughts. I was behind a lambo last weekend and the sound and drama of the car sparked something in me and I've been contemplating a move from my 16 Cayman S to a Gallardo manual since then.
While the CS is no 997 Gt3, I think like the gt3 it probably offers more driving joy and enjoyment on the street than a Gallardo will. The 981 is just so properly sorted and fluid, that it really brings a lot of driving joy.
But I wonder if giving up some of that driving joy for the drama and excitement of a Gallardo will do the trick for me?
Very interested in seeing how that plays out for you.

Gallardo is a nice car! Congrats!
Different class than a GT3 but you'll still have fun with it for street driving.
Beware of haters though ....
Enjoy in good health

I plan to go for the F430 Spider most probably. Of course it would have to be in red. Do not plan to sell the GT3 anytime soon to get it though. Only way I sell the GT3 is if I can move up to an RS. So the GT3 stays no matter what.

Any updates? How's life with the Gallardo?
