Depends on what you are intending. More OEM = Gloss. Slightly different = Satin or Mat. For street, Champion RS98's = gloss black. Ceramics keep them clean and shinny!

Mine are gloss black, nicer than satin or flat black in my opinion. I've often thought of switching to the original silver/titanium. Painting them would be a pain, swapping with another owner looking for an exchange would involve shipping, or buying a set then selling mine would also be a headache. Plus installing tires etc.

I would think Gloss would hose off better. I am not a fan of flat black on any part of cars, unless it is OEM on some of of the '60's Muscle Car hoods.
I think cars are meant to be shin, not dull.

Gloss. Brake dust turns it into Matte for a few days of the week, with a fresh clean the car looks great, and then still looks great as it gets dirty and goes matte.
