Please post part numbers of the center distributor tube and the left and right intake distributors.

The 3.6 GT3/RS, 3.8 GT3 use same parts
The 3.8 RS uses different parts (bigger)
The 4.0 uses different parts (bigger yet) along with different intake runners

Sorry guys, I didn't realize you asked questions.
Please PM directly if you want a quick response.

TB part number is 99760511601, which I believe is the 82mm. Could I put this on my 997.1 C2S and would it add power?

The intake part numbers are:
997110619 9R (side)
997110619 9R (side)
997110216 9R (center)

Update: Actually, it's a GT3 RS CUP intake....willing to seperate the manifold from the throttle body.

OP, I went through the tech manuals of all 997 Cups and 997 GT3R and can't match your part numbers. The part is not on the street car (PET) catalog either, so you got a bit of an unknown here.

There is no such thing as a 997 GT3 RS Cup. It's either a Cup, Cup S / GrandAm, R or RSR. Your part does not fit any of the above.

The 3.6-3.8 street car part is 997.110.619.90 (x2) and 997.110.116.94 (x1). The last bit is the distributor tube which was updated from .90 following the loose "butterfly valve screw" recall.

There's an outside chance that your part corresponds to the 4.0 item but I'm not gonna bet on that.

The 4.0 plenum part numbers are as follows:

Part Numbers
997.110.619.92 - Cyl 1-3
997.110.620.92 - Cyl 4-6
997.110.116.94 - updated Center Plenum
(997.110.116.91) - old center plenum

It's not a 4.0....from what I was told it was a GT3 Cup car. I bought it off a well know GT cup car shop and he took it off a GT cup car.

The only google proof I can find is that a bunch of cars in the Porsche SCCA pro World Challenge that are running it...here is one:

Hope that helps

Do the 4.0 parts bolt onto a 7.1 3.6 GT3?

With a related IPD plenum yes you could, but I cannot say anything definitive about added power.

These usually are cast numbers without real correlation to actual part numbers.

yes, but bolting them up alone will probably cause a loss in power. Its about the sum of all parts and taking into account everything from taking in air to it leaving the motor.

For a 3.6, I think that with the 4.0L intake plenums, 4.0L intake runners, headers, high flow cats, exhaust, tune, and a ram air intake on the trunk lid it would make enough power to feel the difference and see a difference on the dyno

Here is a comparison of the 3.6, 3.8 and 4.0 plenums

It's all going to be part of a bigger capacity conversion I'm planning to do over the winter months.
