time to derail with talk of MB or road bikes... I'll start by saying my 29er hard tail is great on the road and saves my plated arm

well, there are going to be far more experienced and knowledgeable opinions soon to come on the OP's inquiry, but if no accident damage, good DME report, not a rusty car, etc, if pristine with that low a mileage, and maintenance records or exemplary PPI, my guess is right around $90K, but allow for the coolant pipe fix and some routine maintenance and likely tires.

We have had our own '07 '3 car for about 6 months, and truly enjoy it.

Wish you well and all the best....

115 seems to be Gen 2 territory.

He means the original MSRP Was 115. A good used gen 2 is more than 115 now.

Default Yup Yup

Original price-115- judging from the current prices out there 95k seems to be reasonable with these miles.Plus it has a extended warranty to 2017.

To me, at $95k, you better have done all the preventative maintenance too..coolant lines, LSD, etc

Original MSRP of $115k is a stripper 997.1 GT3, most that I've seen have options that bring the MSRP to $125-135k. The higher optioned GT3's are going for 90k and lower optioned are going for $82-84k.

Default Educated Guess

I think 90-95 is spot on for 12k mile car in perfect shape with extended warranty.
82-84k What u been smokin- Remember low options are a good thing.
Dealers are asking over 100k.
