Speaking as a buyer, those 100k+ dealer cars don't seem to be going anywhere. Asking price isn't selling price.

I'd be interested in your car sub-90 probably. The great dane puppy could ride shotgun for a couple more months still

I'm in the market for a 997.1 GT3 sub-90k and I agree 100% that the 997.1 GT3's that are listed for $100k aren't going to sell anytime soon.

You can easily find sub 90

over 50k miles, no coolant line work, questionable history, high overrevs - all will get it done.

I got to thinking about coming to this forum and seeking an opinion as a seller as to the suggested price to list their GT3. If several forum members suggest a low value, what is to keep a prospective purchaser from trying to "low ball" the seller with one of the suggested low valuations. In other words, if some members suggest, say.... $90K, and others chime in that the car is worth, say... $75K, it may be hard for the seller to convince the buyer that the car is worth the higher price.

I have no intention of selling our own GT3, but if my illness should force that in the future, I will do my own search for information and then just go with what I believe and hope the car would sell for. And not come here and find some people say it is worth much less. Too risky, I think for me.

Just my own opinion, for sure.

All the best...

The nice thing about these cars is they are low volume production and high price tag. Meaning? For the most part, you can list at YOUR price, and wait for the right buyer. Nobody is giving these away.

Gen1 vs gen2 price talk is meaningless. There is not always a spread. Condition. Miles. Color. History. Those are important too.

How come the to guys don't care but narrow body guys do?

This is very low miles.

Did you buy one yet? You've been looking for a while.

haha I know I've been looking for almost three months now. I have cash ready to go but the right one hasn't popped up besides the one in Canada in May.
