Range 1 148 539 operating hours

Range 2 131 539 operating hours

Range 3 57 539 operating hours

Range 4 24 539 operating hours

Range 5 none

Range 6 none

Price is good, like the car. Should I be Concerned?
If you like the car and a thorough test ride then test drive doesn't turn up any engine misbehavior, and the dealer will CPO the car with the range 4 overrevs, which happened nearly 30 hours of engine run time ago, I see no reason to avoid the car.

If a test ride then drive keeps the CEL dark the engine is running just fine. No compression test or leak down can tell you any more.

And the test ride/drive also lets you check out the rest of the car along with the engine.

If you like the car and you can use this to your advantage during negotiations then get it. Especially if you plan to track the car. The engines can take the abuse, but at some point they need attention. That means opening them up to see what is going on. The good news is unlike the newer P-car engines there are many techs that know how to work on them.

If you like it, buy it. You will not be sorry.

Decided not to buy since the car will not get a CPO. Looking at other cars now.

Interesting. I would be ok with it if leak down is fine, but it will affect resale. Where is it for sale?

It's in Texas. It's the yellow GT3 that you see for 113950. With all shipping and dealer fees it comes to a total of 116500. The reason I choose not to get it, is resale will be affected when the other person starts asking why there is a over rev in chamber 4, and no CPO for my peace of mind.

So I found another GT3 with only 3 ignitions in chamber 3. Waiting for tomorrow for the PPI to come back.
